Brett joined the company in 2010 as the new company CEO. He is a graduate of the Australian Defence Force Academy where he gained his Honours degree in Civil Engineering at the University of New South Wales (UNSW). After leaving the military, he spent the next 10 years in Local Government engineering holding the position of Director of Works at the City of Albany from 2001–2004.

He was then appointed Senior Project Manager for GRD Minproc on large scale Design and Construct building projects, before joining Great Southern Plantations in 2006 as the company’s National Infrastructure Manager.

In 2010, Brett joined the company as CEO, and has brought to the Company a vast array of experience (particularly in large scale building projects), leadership of staff and engineering expertise. Brett is responsible for the entire operation of the company from initial client liaison through to final project delivery.

Brett is a member of the Institute of Engineers Australia.
